The Branches Internship & Summer Job programs are opportunities for Baltimore City high school students to work, learn, get outdoors, and improve their communities.

Pathways to Green Careers in Baltimore and Beyond.

Branches is an afterschool internship and summer job for Baltimore City high school students. Participants restore & explore community green spaces, practice essential life skills, and gain valuable work experience. Branches is a chance to develop leadership and teamwork skills, strengthen awareness of local and global environmental issues, and learn about careers in the environment and sustainability. Participants maintain public parks, practice gardening for food and wildlife, clean up the Patapsco River on kayaks, create outdoor learning spaces, and more.
